NAS HOLDS DINNER AND AWARDS NIGHT TO CLIMAX 20th ANNIVERSARY
The National Ambulance Service ( NAS) has held a Dinner and Awards Night to climax the year-long celebration of the Service’s 20 years of dedicated Service to Ghana.
The program which was on theme” Two decades of lifesaving journey: celebrating resilience in Ghana’s pre-hospital Emergency Care“ brought together current and past Directors, Board Members, staff of NAS and other partners.
Speaking at the Awards ceremony the Minister for Health, Dr Okoe Boye extended his heartfelt gratitude to NAS for their selfless Services and dedication to the health and well-being of Ghanaians.

JUAPONG AMBULANCE STATION TO COMMENCE OPERATION
National Ambulance Service ( NAS ) to begin operations at Juapong in the North Tongu District in the Volta Region. This follows the commissioning of an ambulance station constructed by Chief of Juapoong, Togbe Ahadzi Gboti lll , the traditional council and some benevolent individuals in the Volta region.The station was commissioned over the week by the Volta Regional Administrator, SAEMT Kingsley Bright Manu on behalf of Prof Ahmed Nuhu Zakariah, Chief Executive Officer of NAS.The ambulance station will serve four(4) communities within the area covering Fodjoko, Dorfor, Volo and Torgorme.

NAS PAYS COURTESY CALL ON NEW OFFINSOHENE
The National Ambulance Service, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Mangel Klicks Limited, has organized an equipment training program for the Service's personnel. The training program for the Northern zone took place at the Washington View Hotel in Akyawkrom-Ejisu, in the Ashanti Region, follows the Ministry of Health's donation of equipment to the Service. The donation included manikins and medical equipment to enhance the teaching and learning process, thereby enhancing emergency services delivery and patient survival rates. In attendance were EMTs from the Ashanti, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, Northern, Upper West, Upper East, Savannah, Western North, and North East Region.
