Dr. George Kojo Owusu, CEO of NAS, has paid a working visit to the Circle Ambulance Station to interact with staff and assess operational needs.
During the visit, staff were commended for their dedication, professionalism, and courage in delivering lifesaving pre-hospital care despite the daily operational pressures associated with emergency response.
Management also assured personnel of the Service’s continued commitment to:
• Improving the working environment at the station
• Enhancing staff capacity to deliver quality emergency care
• Providing the necessary consumables to support effective service delivery
The Circle Ambulance Station was highlighted as a strategic response post due to its location within the busy transport and commercial hub of Accra, enabling rapid response to emergencies and contributing significantly to improved patient outcomes.
The visit forms part of ongoing engagements by the Service to strengthen operational readiness and support frontline personnel across the country.
