As part of his ongoing operational tour of the Northern Region, the Chief Executive Officer of the National Ambulance Service, Dr. (Med) George Kojo Owusu, paid a working visit to the Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly.
The NAS delegation met with the District Chief Executive, Hon. Mary Tagbaa, during a DISEC meeting at her office. Hon. Tagbaa warmly welcomed the delegation and reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to supporting emergency medical services within the district.
Dr. Owusu expressed appreciation for the warm reception and appealed to the Assembly to support the National Ambulance Service with office accommodation for the Tatale Ambulance Station.
In response, the DCE pledged the Assembly’s support in providing office space for the station and also assured Management of assistance towards the maintenance of the ambulance whenever necessary.
The NAS CEO later visited the Tatale-Sanguli Ambulance Station, where he engaged with the Station Manager and staff. He commended the team for their dedication, professionalism, and hard work in delivering emergency medical services to the people of the district.
