NAS HQ Holds Staff Durbar
The National Ambulance Service (NAS) Headquarters has successfully held its maiden Staff Durbar for the year 2026, bringing together personnel for an engaging and interactive session.
The durbar, held on Wednesday, 25th February 2026 at the Conference Room, provided an important platform for open communication, feedback, and dialogue between management and staff.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Service, Dr. George Kojo Owusu, noted that the gathering was aimed at strengthening internal cohesion, addressing staff concerns, and fostering a shared sense of responsibility in advancing the Service’s mandate.
The session also enabled management to outline key priorities, highlight institutional achievements, and transparently communicate its vision for the future of NAS. Staff were encouraged to actively participate and contribute ideas toward improving operations and service delivery.
Fused into the durbar was a presentation on Application of AI Tools by the Deputy Director- ICT, Mr. Edmund Boateng.
The durbar reaffirmed NAS’s commitment to promoting unity, boosting staff morale, and building a collaborative workplace culture to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service delivery to the Ghanaian public.
