RIKAIR Company Ltd, a leading supplier of emergency medical equipment, today held a meeting with the Management of the National Ambulance Service (NAS) at the Service’s conference room to formally introduce the company and present its range of products and services.
Delivering the presentation, Ms. Josphine Cann, Biomedical Sales Engineer at RIKAIR, highlighted the company’s global footprint and contributions to the healthcare sector. She noted that RIKAIR has played significant roles in supporting healthcare delivery across regions such as the United States, China, and Europe, working with reputable international organizations including USAID and UNICEF.
Focusing on Ghana, Ms. Cann indicated that RIKAIR has successfully undertaken several projects with major healthcare institutions, including the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC), The Bank Hospital, Euracare Diagnostics, International Maritime Hospital, and Hope Change Medical Center, among others.
Tailoring her presentation to the needs of the NAS, she outlined a range of products and services the company is capable of providing. These include oxygen cylinders, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, stretchers and trolleys, as well as various accessories and respiratory consumables. She further emphasized that RIKAIR is well-positioned to offer specialized training services to enhance the operational efficiency of emergency medical personnel.
Speaking on the company’s competitive advantages, Ms. Cann underscored several key strengths of RIKAIR, including assured rapid response times, a team of highly trained and experienced engineers and technicians, strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and in-depth technical expertise in biomedical solutions.
Adding to the presentation, the Chief Executive Officer of RIKAIR, Mr. Philip Creech Jones, noted that the company possesses the technical capacity to refurbish and fully equip non-functional ambulances to meet professional operational standards.
In his remarks, the Chief Executive Officer of the NAS, George K. Owusu, commended RIKAIR Company Ltd for its contributions to the emergency medical care sector. He encouraged the team to submit a comprehensive proposal to the Management of the Service for further review, deliberation, and possible consideration.
