The National Ambulance Service (NAS) has paid a visit to the family of the late Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo Kantanka to commiserate with them and sign the Book of Condolence.
The NAS delegation, led by the Deputy Director for Welfare, Mrs. Hellen Gasu, was warmly received by the family at their residence in Taifa.
On behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. George Kojo Owusu, the Service extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and assured them of NAS’s support during this difficult period.
Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo Kantanka’s immense contributions to innovation, industry, and nation-building remain deeply appreciated. His legacy continues to inspire generations of Ghanaians.
The National Ambulance Service recalls fondly the pivotal role Apostle Safo played as a pioneer in Ghana’s technological advancement — most notably through the Kantanka automobile innovations, which have empowered local manufacturing and inspired pride in homegrown ingenuity.
Mrs. Gasu noted that the Service recognizes his patriotic spirit and unwavering dedication to national development. She added that the leadership and staff of NAS stand in solidarity with the family as preparations are made toward his final rites.
The delegation also conveyed that the National Ambulance Service will continue to uphold the values of innovation, service, and excellence that Apostle Dr. Safo championed throughout his life.
